Michelin along with Robert Parker Wine Advocate are pleased to host - for the very first time in the two territories - a grand Gala Dinner at Studio City in Macau that promises to be an exotic journey of sensory experiences with gourmet cuisine, elite wines and eclectic fashion.
The dinner will feature an extravagant 14-hands gastronomical treat, designed and prepared by renowned esteemed chefs from top Michelin-starred restaurants including Alvin Leung of Bo Innovation in Hong Kong (3 Michelin Stars), Hideaki Matsuo of Kashiwaya in Osaka (3 Michelin Stars), Bjorn Frantzen of Frantzen in Stockholm (2 Michelin Stars), Shinji Kanesaka of Sushi Kanesaka in Tokyo (1 Michelin Star) and Macau’s Guillaume Galliot of The Tasting Room (2 Michelin Stars), Tam Kwok Fung of Jade Dragon (2 Michelin Stars), together with the world’s most prominent pastry chef Pierre Hermé.

Highly acclaimed Spanish designer Manuel Albarran, famed for designing outfits and costumes for Hollywood celebrities like Madonna, Beyonce, Angelina Jolie, Lady Gaga, will further add to the evening’s pomp and grandeur by creating a visual spectacle exclusively for this event. Tapping on his experience creating some of the world’s most reputed brand advertising campaigns as well as elaborate costumes for Hollywood movies such as Maleficent - which was nominated at the Oscars for Best Achievement in Costume Design - Albarran will be showcasing “SENSES”, a stunning visual treat that will take the audience through an experiential journey through the five senses of Sight, Sound, Taste, Smell and Touch.
